Setting up an Auto-Reply

To set this up yourself, first head to your domain's webmail address and login with your email address and password.
This is usually http://mail.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com.au/

If you need your login details, or have trouble logging in, just email [email protected].

Once logged in, select Options from the Tools menu along the top of the window. Make sure the Mail tab has been selected, then select the Autoresponder tab.
From here, just fill in the details required.

If you leave the From field blank it will default to your email address. If you leave the Subject field blank, it will default to the subject line in the email being responded to. The Respond only if between fields can be used to set a date range for the auto-reply, so it may be turned on and off automatically.
