Creating a New Address

To create a new email account, first login to the administration area by going to http://mail.YOURDOMAIN.com.au:8010 and click on the HERE link to login.

In order to create a new email account, type the name of the account before the @ symbol (eg, for [email protected] enter in accountname) then make sure MultiMailbox is selected from the dropdown box. When you are ready to proceed, click the Create Account button.

The next screen you see should be the account information screen. To set a password for the account, type it into the Password field, then click the Update button.

 

Adding an Email Alias

You can also add aliases, or forwarders, to an account from this page. Scroll down to the Aliases section, and type the alias you want in the text box, then hit the Update button.
