Submitting a Request for Support

You can email any requests for support for your website or email to [email protected].
Support hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday.

You can also lodge a support request through your client login area at http://my.getstarted.com.au

To do this, login and select the Tickets link from the menu. Here, you can view all the support tickets that have been lodged using either the client area or with a registered contact address*. Clicking on a ticket will bring you to a more detailed view. There is also a Submit Ticket link on the right hand side of the Client Area, in the Quick Navigation section.
