Viewing or Paying an Invoice Online

To view or pay an invoice, first login with your contact email address and password at http://my.getstarted.com.au
If you have forgotten your password, you can either reset it here (https://my.getstarted.com.au/pwreset.php) or email [email protected]

Once logged in, click on the Invoices menu item to display a list of all issued invoices. To see an invoice in full, simply click on the View Invoice link on the right hand side of each line in the list.

To pay an invoice online, click the View Invoice link for the invoice you wish to pay, then select one of the following methods of payment:

Bank Transfer - this will display the account details you will need to transfer funds. Please make sure to note your invoice number in the comments of your payment. Once the amount has been received by Get Started, the invoice will be marked as Paid.

Credit Card (SecurePay) - click the Pay Now button to be taken to a secure page for online credit card payments. Fill out your contact and payment information, then press the Click to Continue button to process the payment. Please make sure to only click this button once, so you card is only charged once. Successfully paying online will mark your invoice as paid immediately.
If you have chosen to securely store a card in the system, you can select it from the dropdown box. Tick the box under your credit card details if you do not want Get Started to store your details for recurring billing.

If you have an unpaid invoice in the list you believe is paid, forward a copy of your remittance advice to [email protected], with the invoice number.
