Forwarding an email as an Attachment

If you ever need to forward an email to support, it always helps to have the email as an attachment, rather than included in your email (or "inline").

To forward an email as an Attachment with Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail or Outlook Express:

Open the email in its own window.
Make sure the Message tab is selected, then click Forward as Attachment.
In Windows Live Mail, select Actions, then click Forward as Attachment.

Address and compose the message as usual, then click Send to deliver.
