Backing up your site files
First, login to your Control Panel at http://cp.getstarted.com.au, then navigate to the File Manager section in your Hosting Space:

Click through to the folder you wish to backup, the check the box next to the folder name. We suggest only backing the wwwroot folder. When you have selected your folder, click the Zip button in the top menu:
Once you have entered a name for your file, and the archive process has completed, you can click on the YOUR-FILE-NAME.zip link in the File Manager to download your backup.
