Backing up the database
First, login to your Control Panel at http://cp.getstarted.com.au, then navigate to the SQL Server 2008 section in your Hosting Space:

Select the database you wish to manage, then click the Backup button under Maintenance Tools. You may need to click the drop down arrow on the right to make the buttons display:
On the next screen, you can change the name of the backup, and select whether you want the backup archived. As Get Started hosting plans come with a fixed amount of space, we suggest you choose the Download via HTTP option as the backup destination:
Click the Backup button to download your database backup.
