In the latest Version of Windows (Windows 8), Microsoft has disabled the ability to set up your email account using the POP protocol. You can use another mail client such as Mozilla Thunderbird or you can set up your account using IMAP or by using ActiveSync (Contact us to enable active sync on your email account).
